HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT EASTER EGG PINATA CAKE

H O W  T O  M A K E  T H E  P E R F E C T  E A S T E R  E G G  P I N A T A   C A K E

Hope y'all had a great Easter and got loads of chocolate <3

This weeks blog is gonna be all about how to make a delicious cake for Easter or, in my case,  a birthday cake.





1:    INGREDIENTS

262g soft margarine
262g caster sugar
262g self-raising flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
4-5 eggs
whatever icing you want
3-4 packets of mini eggs

chocolate cake : reduce the quantity of flour to 212g and add 50g cocoa powder


2:  Put all the cake ingredients into a bowl or food processor and beat until smooth


3: Spoon mixture in to 3 x 7 inch greased and base-lined sandwich tins.


4: Bake in a preheated oven, 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit ), Gas Mark 4, for 25-30 minutes

5: Turn out cake and leave to cool.

6: Once the cakes have cooled, find a small bowl or plate and cut a circle out of one a the cakes, this will be your middle layer 


7:  Ice the bottom layer cake and place the middle layer on top ( the one with the circle cut out)


8: Ice around the top of the middle layer and fill the hole with Cadburys  Mini Eggs, make sure it is full right to the top.

9:add the top layer and cover the whole cake in icing, i used the Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge icing


10: This is the best part, Decorate your cake however you want it and make it look as Easter as you want!


11: ENJOY !!!!
